Past 2 days has been a tough day for me. What I have in mind is a BIGGG ‘STRESS word’. So many problem at work so many phone calls so busy with being push. Having headache more often... luckily everything is settle now! Find a way to work more smartly. Stress may not be a bad thing, more work is good too, as I am experiencing more now! Have a Open mind and don't take ppl bad words too seriously, you will feel better!
